Performance through process
Great endurance performance isn't accidental. It's the result of consistent, intelligent training executed over months and years.
Our approach centres on structured periodisation, individualised programming, and honest communication. Every athlete responds differently to training. What works for one person fails another. That's why why genuine coaching makes all the difference.

I've been racing triathlons for 12 years and coaching for 6. My background spans age group podiums, painful DNFs, breakthrough performances, and everything between. Those experiences—the successes and failures—shape how I coach today.
I started coaching because I saw too many talented athletes undermined by poor programming or lack of guidance. Athletes training themselves into the ground, following plans that ignored their individual needs, or simply lacking the accountability to stay consistent.
What I bring is practical experience combined with formal education in exercise science. I understand what it's like to juggle training with work, family, and life's inevitable chaos. I know what it takes to show up day after day, trust a process, and perform under pressure.
My role is to provide structure, expertise, and honest feedback so you can focus on the work itself.

My journey in endurance sport started with a single sprint triathlon that nearly broke me. Twelve years later, I've completed everything from Olympic distance to full Ironman—and I've coached dozens of athletes through their own journeys.
The transition from athlete to coach happened naturally. Training partners asked for advice. Friends wanted programmes. What started informally became a formal coaching practice built on one simple principle: athletes deserve better than copy-paste training plans.
I hold a degree in Exercise Science and Triathlon Australia Level 2 coaching accreditation, but honestly, the education that matters most comes from years of trial and error—both my own and my athletes'. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and why the difference often comes down to details most coaches overlook.
I coach because I love seeing athletes achieve things they didn't think possible. That moment when someone crosses a finish line faster than they imagined, or completes a distance that once seemed impossible—that's why I do this.
