Coaches

Our coaches have competed at UCI and professional IRONMAN level. That experience shapes coaching that's individualised, evidence-based, and built for the long term.

I'm a professional cyclist, recently 4th at the 2026 Australian Road National Championships. I spent four years coaching at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, including swimmers who qualified for the Tokyo Olympics.

I race for the Atom 6 Bikes - Cycleur de Luxe - Auto Stroo Continental Team in UCI-level road races. I opened the 2026 season with 4th at the Australian Road Cycling National Championships, riding for the Pedal Mafia Falcons Racing Team.

Before returning to elite racing full-time, I spent four years as an assistant coach at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, helping develop some of WA's top emerging swimmers, including three who qualified for the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games. That period shaped my coaching: technical expertise, better execution every week, and an athlete-first approach.

I'm also an advocate for mental health and wellbeing in cycling. Sustainable performance is built on resilience, consistency, self-awareness and genuine support. As a current professional and a coach, I offer guidance that is technically grounded and honest about what the work takes.

My racing career ran from age-group triathlon national titles to the professional ranks, with top-10 finishes at IRONMAN Pro Series events. I hold tertiary qualifications in commerce and analytics, and I'm an AusTri accredited Foundation Coach.

My endurance racing career ran from age-group triathlon national titles to the professional ranks: top-10 finishes at professional IRONMAN events, National Road Series cycling races, and state medals in athletics and duathlon. Along the way I learnt what works, what doesn't, and why the difference usually comes down to intelligent programming rather than just hard training.

Outside coaching I'm a data analyst at an AFL club, which feeds how I read training data. Coaching is where that analysis meets the art of understanding people. The programme is periodised and evidence-based, but keeping you engaged and enjoying training matters just as much to long-term success.

Over five-plus years I've coached everyone from first-timers to elite athletes across running, cycling and triathlon, with tertiary qualifications in commerce and analytics behind the programming.

Yes. Race season approaching or work ramping up, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time with one month’s notice.

Training adapts. Log what happened in TrainingPeaks with a quick note, and the plan adjusts accordingly — missed sessions don't derail your programme, they inform smarter decisions. Premium adjusts in real time; Standard adjusts weekly.

Yes. From a first event to podium contention, the programme is built to your current ability and goals.

Most of our athletes train 6 to 15 hours per week, but plans can be built for 5 or for 20-plus. We plan around the time you actually have.

Every athlete starts with a free discovery call: an honest conversation about goals and fit, not a sales pitch.

Standard athletes use email and TrainingPeaks messaging, with replies typically within 24 hours on weekdays. Premium athletes get unlimited WhatsApp messaging with priority response times, plus a monthly 30 to 45 minute video call via Teams.

Premium athletes get a detailed race strategy: pacing plan, nutrition strategy, and increased contact with your coach in the days before the event. Standard athletes get race-week guidance and a modified taper to arrive ready.
